The subject isn't as compelling to me as some of your other "man made" ones. I'm tending to focus on the technical aspect here and I get caught up in the not-quite-parallel background, the odd crop on the right and the dark base. Didn't vote but I would have scored this about average.

Love old gas stuff, but reflection just isn't compelling element

The reflection draws less attention for me then the setting around it. More focus on the reflection would make this an excellent photograph for me.

As a photograph, I think this is wonderful. As far as the theme, it's questionable. The reason I say that isn't to dismiss your efforts, I can see what you're going for. What you might not have considered is that the actual signage is so dominant (sharp red/white contrast, graphics, etc.) that you really don't look at the reflection at all.
