| Ok, its water and its reflecting, but its muddy water, and its reflecting a parking lot. I just don't get what you are trying to do with this one. |

| Well, there is a refelction, but compared with other entries your subject matter doesn't hold my interest, and the colors seems flat and dull to me. |

| You fit the challange, however the content is not very appealing. I am sorry but mud does not make it with me. If this was the only image I had to enter, I would have cropped out the bottom of the vehicles and perhaps tried it in b/w? Just a thought. |
