 My outtake for the Wide Angle challenge, taken during a GTG with Nshapiro in the Catskills (that's him in the orange shirt).

The wind was blowing so hard that the light rain was probably miles away from its parent cloud. Thus, the rainbow appears in a clear blue sky (hence the title).

What a freakin' shame dude. Oh man, a little editing and submission and WOW on this one... where is the rain for the rainbow to appear? In the distance there?
