Vaya, vaya. Por esta imágen yo hubiera votado para que quedara en los primeros 5 lugares. Me impresionó encuanto la vÃ. Pensé igual que mariomel : Wow!
Y sÃ, la Textura, los detalles de contraste, opaco/brillo y el color y efecto de fondo. Me gustó mucho. |

| Wow! I can feel the velvety texture of those petals! Awesome detail and crisp focus. But...the positioning of the flower is forced into this challenge. There is far too much negative space that makes me wonder why? |

| your lighting really carves out the petals nicely. I wish that just one bloom was hanging from the top right corner not the buds too. It would be even more dramatic. I wonder how it would look with a different background color - say green or yellow to contrast with the flower's colors? |

| try diffusing your flash by putting some crumpled transpatent plastic in front of it, will soften the hard shadows and the glare on the sepals. |

| Beautiful flower and focus. The flash created some harsh shadows and reflections though ... could you have taken this one w/out? While this meets the challenge (subject being off-center) I can't really feel a reason to put it off-center other than meeting the challenge, there's nothing to counter-balance it in the empty space. |
