 oh well...that's 18mm times 1.5 = 27 so yeah, that's as wide as it gets (oh yeah I cropped it some too oh well I don't expect a good finish). It's rather dark yeah but that's what I wanted.

:D we'll see how it does.

The more I look at this photo, the more I want to pull it. This is the third one I've submitted to this challenge, and I am not happy with any of the three.

This particular photo I chose was doomed from the moment I hit the shutter...taken INTO the sun, tried to rescue, oh well...I guess I'll stick with it though because I do sort of like the photo.

I liked this photo and thought it was well composed. The colors are well balanced and the processing is not screaming at you. Nice photo, nice job! Well done in my opinion. Makes me want to go out and try and shoot the covered bridges around here.

i love this! the only thing i would change is the branches on the right. I would have cloned them out--nice picture!

Good strong composition. Nice job on getting down low for the point of view. Adds a lot of interest to the shot IMO.

Nice perspective on this photo. It looks like you burned the sky in, and there is a halo on the trees on the right hand side. If that is the case, take some more time burning that in. Otherwise, you've got a great photo here.

I really like this shot. Some relatively small nitpicks: 1) I like the framing, except the close up pavement dominates too much. Perhaps instead of resting the camera directly on the road, prop it up on a bag. 2) I'd say you went a little too far with the selective editing on the trees to the right. The halos and tonal mismatch with the sky are distracting. 3) Too bad about the flare. Did you use a hood?

That border is very distracting for me.....maybe if it wasn't quite as thick??
