I really think this is a great shot Starblazer, but I already told you that. I thought it would have at least broken into the 6's. But you scored better then my last couple shots.

I just checked out Action Asia on the web and the format and topic you have chosen seems to fit the magazine well, so you definitely met the challenge. They do generally seem to have some more obvious (larger) main focus in their pictures, though. (6)
Anyhow, as a photo, I like this a lot, the birds add a very nice touch and the layers of the land behind the lake are nice, too. Clouds are always a plus for sunset shots, especially if they at least partially hide the sun and therefore avoiding the blown out effect a bit. Nice entry :) |

| This is a nice image, but looks slightly grainy. That could be due to the iso setting on your camera though. The horizon is slightly off axis as well, the right side is lower than the left. Rotating the image a degree or two counterclockwise would have corrected it. |

| GORGEOUS. I like the way the sky/land/water balance, the softer look of the sky with the brass and shadow of water and land. And the birds - with both bird and shadow visible as a shadow on the near two - are wonderful. |

| Beautiful picture! The reflection in the water is lovely as well as the color in the sky. I could definately see this on a magazine cover. |

| IMO sun would better fit the right side of the top, because it is lighting to the right. nice image. = 7 |

| I think there's too much empty space around the middle of this image for it to be effective as a magazine cover. |
