I'm stuck working here...sure it's pretty, blah blah blah. It's not a fun place to work, though.
Anywho, this is Snowshoe, West Virginia, and the views are spectacular. There are bears, deer, chipmunks, yuppies...you name it. I took this shot out of the window of my temporary housing at about 6:20 in the morning. In some of the other shots, you can see the moon...it was a thin cresent and quite striking. All in all, a beautiful place.
I'm not home, so I'm not able to do much of any processing. I bumped up the contrast and saturation a bit in IrfanView, but that was all I could do. Honestly, this is pretty much how it looked.
Thanks for looking, now back to work! |

Was the tree close enough to use fill-in flash? That could've addewd interest. |

Tree placed in the corner of pic is distracting. There seems to be some noise in the sky also. Colors are absolutely wonderful! |
