Great closeup shot of the food, but the brown of the meatsauce and the yellow of the noodles do not show complementary colours.

For me, the lighting and overall color of this photo is too yellow, and compared with other entries in this challenge does not show complimentary colors as looked at on a color wheel.

Mmmm! Looks good. The exposure seems a bit off. I believe thats why it has a yellow tint to the overall picture. Nice detail.
