Because of "brotherhood" or simply the result of sky rocketing prices, some friends are forced to share a cup! But who's paying?

I politely asked the counter girl to write these names on my order and asked permission to take some shots at the counter and on the table.

this one was shot on the table. Used levels and crop. saved for web.

the brown hues makes it a bit fuzzy and uninteresting to look at..

Good use of DOF, I like the clarity and sharpness of this image. Nicely done. The blurring of the background removes any possible distractions. The only nit I could pick, would be to extend the DOF just a little bit, so that the straws were entirely in focus. The colors all work together to make a very visually pleasing image with a sense of personality and action. Good job!

What significance do the names written on the side of the glass have? There are 7 names and only 6 straws, so my initial thought that this was to be split between the named individuals seems unlikely. My attempt to find a reason for these prominent elements of the composition overshadows my appreciation of the image.

From a technical perspective the foam and edge of the lid are overexposed. The straws, money and cup are all well arranged and the DoF is well done.

Great incorporation of "life" and "routine" into your image.

one small drink for all those people!

Pretty bad when the drink is so expensive, you have to share it between 7 people!! ;-)

I love Seattle's Best...nice shot. Very warm feeling even though I'm guessing the drink is cold:0
