This is nice. Good feel of the texture in the beans. Good tonal range from black to white. Composition is fine. Well exposed.

You lost your foam! ;^) Hard to get the shot you want on the first take sometimes isn't it. He-he. Good luck in the challenge.

I think this is the best "cup with coffee beans" shot in the challenge, I love the texture in the shot and gave this a 7.

Not happy with frame but the capture has enough charm to outride it. The detail and dof lend a seamless visual.

the composition of this photo is really appealing! the beans appear a bit overlit or bleached out, which detract from the impact of this photo for me. i'd love to see this with richer tones and less light bouncing off the beans. perhaps even a color shot to show off those lovely browns in the beans and creme.

waaaooo!!!! como le hiciste para hacer un café tan espumoso... se vé realmente bien! me gustó el ángulo y la composición y muy bien en blanco y negro porque lograste que el café tuviéra una textura realmente atractiva

A lot of work went into this. Somehow it doesn't say 'quality' in the image. Perhaps it is that the contrast it quite flat or that the cup looks to have the leans. The composition positioning of the cup is correct but because it looks to be spilling out of frame rather han into it is maybe why it doesn't quite 'gel'

I love this one. Very nice. I think I would have preferred it in color though. Or maybe desaturated just a little bit.

personally I would have thought this image would lend itself to colour. Do not think it works in B&W.
