 My second windy shot at Edgewater. But the first with my new Lens (bugle sounds speedily). This made me late for work but as always ... worth it - regardless of the 5.4 score it will receive (prediction) - I love the feeling this image gives -- kind of how I feel about Cleveland. I had to remove a small , yet perfectly placed seagull from the sky - tough decision but i think it distracted from the intent of the photo. Some rotation, some subtle effects, some sharpening, Shadow/Highlight filter and a tiny distant light pole removed. PS: the full size image reveals Browns stadium and a great lighthouse in the distance.

beautiful composition. I love the crisp water...your use of a fast shutter was a good choice I presume. I almost get the feeling of a tsunami abut to happen here. God forbid...nice shot..good luck .8

My favourite in the contest! I love the water, it looks like it is overpowering the land, and the city looks so tiny in the background. I hope this scores high!

This grabgbedt my eye immediately. The movement of the waves on the jetty along with the cool color pallette is really quite eye catching. The city off in the distance (great use of rule of thirds too) helps give the eye a place to rest. The stop action of the crashing water on the rocks really is well done and the focus couldn't be more crisp. 9
