Image has punch. Are black and pink complements?
Think you might have come up with a better title--especially since, in this case, black and pink are "hot" |

| In order to show complementary colour contrast, the center of this flower should have been a blue-green similar to the colour of the stem. Nice closeup shot and good composition arrangement. I like the contrast of the spiky pink petals against the black background, but it's not complementary contrast. |

| I love the contrast, but this isn't complementary. A minty or lime green would be the complementary color to pink. The crop is nice and the composition is good, but without more of the stem color, it kind of loses something, not visually, but as the proper entry for this challenge. |
