 adjusted contrast, made a new layer and used VP to convert to b/w then adjusted opacity to about 63% so that the pink in the rooms and their clothes showed through. cloned out a few dark spots on the wall.

I am not crazy about the pink tones but they work really good with the girls. The idea of friendship is captured very well in this photo. I can remember my friends and I doing the very same thing! Brings back great memories.

There are just three things that I didn't really like about the image. One is that both of the girls are cut off mid-back. Two, is that it was shot on a bed. I think that this would have been cuter if they were infront of a mirror or vanity. Three, one little girl is putting on makeup while the other isn't doing anything. She is not active in the photo. Maybe if you had the girl on the left putting makeup on the other girl it would have been better. Just a few suggestions. I hope they were helpful.

I think the pink tone is going a bit too far. This would have been fine in plain B&W. Good picture which depicts the thought.

This is cute, I like the pink tones..wish the shadow wasn't so noticeable on the girl on the right.

I like the pink hue. Very fitting for the girls. I don't really like the crop, though. I see perhaps a landscape crop where the girl's backs are not cut off so much.

I like the pink quality to this. Nice casual sense to it. Good composition and light. I like the multi racial sense of it as well. I can see this in a card display!
