Nice chot, the deep blue from the sky works well with the darkness of the shadows IMO (and the thick black frame work well too).

Good thing you had the title as I wouldn't have known what it was. I like the graphic shapes created by the fountain and the negative space around. Makes me thirsty...hold on...I need to get some water ;-) 7

Ok - I needed a title here to figure out what it is. That's fine, it's a great image. Funky looking drinking fountain. This has a bit of an abstract feel to it and you've done a great job in composing it! The falling water drops add a sense of movement and give you a sense of being there. Hope you didn't get your camera wet! ;^) Congrats and good luck on the challenge.
