| Your pic was one of only three 10's I handed out this challenge. I can't believe it didn't place higher than this. The texture is outstanding and though its a little dark I think the shadows add a real sense of dimension, almost a lonely or really serene feeling. |

| The angle of the light is good, but the photo looks a bit underexposed. The area of interest (the really textured part of the cream on top) runs off the top. |

| I'm not even sure what a Viennoise is, but this looks really freaking good. I wish the top were a tiny bit more illuminated but, but this is still a great shot. |
