 i have to admit - technoshrooms' movie title entry influenced my composition. but i think the idea here is original enough.

one halogen lamp to frame left, and a small flood to frame right. my girlfriend helped by holding the small flood. the heat from the halogen created the sweat on the caged egg. the cage is made from pizza box supports.

shot in RAW, +1.2 exposure adjustment - converted to TIFF - cloned a small area on the front cage bar where the pieces connected - whites whitened, blacks blackened - saturation lowered - canvas size for border - resize - USM.

6 shots were taken, the set up is on top of a bar stool. this is my brain on drugs ;}

Not quite sure what the egg is in, but it looks like hes sweatin pretty bad. You might try cropping it a little bit tighter on top, the extra space isn't really necessary.

WOW, great shot and concept. Cold sweat, huh?

Very well thought out (caged egg, "sweat", two conspirators lurking in the "half shadows") and executed (light, DOF, composition) for a speed challenge, one of the best I've seen so far, am giving you a 9 for this.

Damn....and I was going to have eggs in the morning...now I'll feel guilty (only kidding) Funny shot. I like it. The "sweat" is a nice touch.

Oh so cool!!! This DOF is awesome. Great use of negative space and light. This is so clever. Great detail on the front egg. I'm amazed at the inginuity! 10
