Thanks -- this was of several recent photos of mine which got over-lightened in post-processing as my monitor was getting far out of calibration. I'll try to post some betteradjusted versions for comparison; also, I have some with the tree to the side -- I considered those, but went for the greater degree of camouflage. |

Ok I will tell the truth at first I was like ok a tree where's the conspiracy, but then I looked again and wow it just popped out at me! Excellent idea! The photo itself is very interesting. It seems like the whiteness on the branches is a little too strong but I could see if you did that to fit with the tower better. This really is a great idea, and I bet if people spent the time to figure out what was before them they would have voted higher. I would like to have seen the image cropped down just a little the sky looks overwhelming to me. Maybe if the image was brought in a bit voters would have been able to see the tower and recognize it at first look. |

I see what you are going for here. Clever idea. The colors are a bit washed out giving the photo a flat look. Maybe putting the subject less centered would have helped too. Good luck. :) |

I like your idea. The tree does mimic the man-made object. |

Not really sure what that is behind the tree or how it would realte to conspiracy. As for picture quality, I would have gotten in a bit close to the tree and eliminated a lot of the distracting background and empty sky. |

Took me a minute, but I got it in the end! Good choice for the challenge. Beautiful blue sky - I wish the colors on the ground were as vivid. |

Well executed in hiding the evil radio tower, but overall this picture is too bright. There's not much you can do to fix this because it's just the sunny day, but a little bit of levels or curves adjustment would have benefitted.
Good luck! |

I'm not sure I get the challenge relation...Technically the photo looks a little over exposed, toning down the highlights might help out alot, or decreasing the brightness and increasing contrast, the composition is a little too busy, all of the limbs of the tree make it almost impossible to pick out a particular element of the scene. The placement of the tree in the middle of the frame also detracts from the image becasue it doesnt leave the eye much room to wander to anything else in the picture.
From what I can tell you were trying to compare the tower and the tree? If thats the case, you might have placed the tree on the left side of the frame and the tower on the right edge of the tree. That would increase the interest of the photo, and it would also take out alot of the dead space in the upper-left corner. Hope this helps some, let me know if you have any questions. |

Good colours and details. I like how the tree directs the eye over the entire image. |
