 After not being able to control the landing of the bubbles I was using I decided to try "B'Loonies" (it is a substance you put on a straw and blow it up, you pinch off the end and it hardens slightly).

I set up many shots and when I still couldn't get what I wanted I put one on top of a lamp shade and took a couple shots.

As the bulb heated up the bubble it became disfigured which created these rainbows. I took a couple different shots from different angles but liked this the best.

Raw conversion with slight temperature adjustment and darkend shadows.
Resize to 640 and USM

Wow! Love the colors! My favorite part are the diagonal lines in the lower center portion - very cool.

Excellent - I love the colours here. Moving the point of focus slightly deeper to have the big piece of colour on the centre-left sharper would have worked...
