| I'm sorry. I'm missing out on what this really is. I can see the shooting fountains, the boy, the hot dog stand, water reflections and a black and yellow striped something. I can't figure it out. 4 |

| For me, I don't see any dramatic perspective effect as described in the challenge. The long streams of reflected lighting are very distracting to me along with all of the motion blur. |

| (I don't really understand the title) Too blurry in my opinion. Lights are distracting and it's too busy in my opinion. |
