| The curvature of the horizontal fence edge is distracting. Could this shot have been taken further back and then cropped so that the fence is focused too? It would have been improved by being very concious of centering the fence (cropping the edges), the chimney. etc. as well as the horizontal level. Nice green though! |

| For me, this would have a greater impact if you cropped out the bottom even further so it was all black. I like the concept and the framing sense from the gate. |

| The agte is a distraction, the grass has perspective because of the stripes but isn't well seen and its crooked |

| Kudos for creativity. I know this sounds real picky, but I think I would have liked to see the chimney inside the top of the middle triangle. Also cropping the picture where the outside edges would be even with the clover shapes would make it more uniform. In any event, perhaps I'm just being a little anal. :-) All in all, I like the idea of using the gate ornamentation to frame your picture. I like the colors and the foilage. |
