Wow. The lighting is very nice. I'm guessing you flashed it?

You've discovered another use for those reflector bumps.

Good idea. Color and concept is done well. Bit static with only lines to draw interest but well done.

the best of the centerline photos. exposure, time of day, color and pop, all top notch, with that black road.

pretty sunset, but on my pc, it looks too dark and the coloring isn't coming out enough

I think you caught this one at the right moment. Most of the other road shots that don't have something on them don't hold my interest very long, somehow this one does. It makes the road disappearing in the distance look intriguing I guess. Good job.

I really like this. I like how the road is centered in the pic. Nice job...I gave this a 9.

I like the way the symmetry of the road is broken up by the rugged hills. Nice colours and mood.

So classic and simple. Reminds me of the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Vaguely creepy!

Taking this photo a few minutes earlier (or later) might have helped a little bit. Also the center line going up the middle of the shot wasn't the best choice IMHO.

This is good. Where are we going? This picture draws the viewer into the frame. I had to come back and take another look, and that is the most important quality in a picture for me. If no one wants to look at it you wasted your time. Very Good job.

I think I'd like the sky a litle gloomier, but I don't think I could do it with my camera, so no big deal...Were you driving or parked?

Very nice roadway shot... the flash has illuminated the reflective paint nicely in this shot... I also like the horizontal orientation... I would love to see it vertical as well.. I think vertical would enhance the 'length' of the road in this shot... good work!

I like the use of symmetry here. a more spectacular sunset (I fully understand that was completely out of your control) would have made this picture incredible.

Nice photo, even the reflectors are working in your headlamps/flash.

Nice, the contrast between sky and dark road looks good. I'm not sure about the foreground lighting (flash, I'm assuming), though.

i'd like to see the amount of sky reduced by 2 thirds, the road would have more impact if the it disappeared/ended more at the upper third of of photo instead of nearer the center

too dark

Wonderful!!! Top shot is going to be hard to pick, but this has to be among them. Tiny nit: yellow line at front center appears fuzzy and I would have liked the mountains to have been equal on both sides of the road, hey, can you move that mountain over to the right a bit? (see humor)

I like your pink in the sky. It adds a good color variation to the shot
06/10/2002 05:18:00 AM
Could have had the camera a bit more parallel to the road, that would´ve given it a clean 10. Tripod....maybe...
