**Critique Club**
Initial Impression: An good shot, but something seems a little off.
Detailed analysis: I love the colors of this shot, but there is something about it that I can't quite put my finger on. I think the perspective seems a bit offish. It could be the irregularity of the chairs. I think maybe cropping out the nearest section of chairs could help. The seatbacks of the section your model is sitting in break up the image too much IMHO. I also can't help but wonder what it would look like with more "red" in front of the model and less behind her. I would also like to see versions taken from the side and from in front from a low perspective to include a lot of the red (as you have done from behind).
Overall Impression: Pretty good shot but the blurry chairs in the foreground are a bit distracting. With a slightly different perspective and/or cropping could grab a ribbon. |
