 This was taken at a tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks on September 11th.

I was (unknowingly) sacrificing myself to a fierce colony of fire ants while taking this shot, so I hope it proves to be worth it. :)

I like the patriotism, but the blades of grass blocking the front flag are a little distracting. I would have also chosen a larger depth of field to ensure that the frontmost flag is in focus. My attention is immediately drawn to the flag, and it's just not sharp enough for me.
