This looks as if it's been way over-sharpened. I don't think the tilted perspective adds anything to the picture.

dreaded jaggies -
if these are from rotating the image
- you might either look to a better program for rotation or run a blur after the rotation
(sharpen after rotation not before)

of course if the photo was taken from that perspective .. i'm full of nonsense ;)

Interesting angle. Clouds are sky are nice. Colors are vivid. Appears to be a little oversharpened, though. 8
