You go girl! :) You did better than me! I just don't recommend trying to calibrate your monitor before doing the next challenge. Otherwise, you'll get this! :)

The necklace is slightly distracting because it is so white. I like your pose, your eyes are in good focus and the lighting is well done except for the back of your hair kinda fades away a little dark. I am assuming this is smilebig4me1x, self portraits are never easy to take and you did a good job here. |

I don't know if it's my monitor, but the skin tones seem overly red (or magenta). I like the solid black background and the look on her face makes me smile. |

Okay, I love this one. I know who you are, I know who you are. The braids are cute. |

Seems pretty pink in hue. Would have liked it better with more natural skin colour. |

I think I may have cropped this a little tighter. Seems to have a red cast to it especially in the skin tone and in the eyes. |

Good composition and expresion. Color cast across white of eye is a little distracting. |

Cher, this is really cute and it does look "just like you!" I can see your skills as a photographer developing over time. Very well done. I might suggest to work on the eyes a tiny bit more to remove the red, but that could also be enhanced by this crappy monitor I have at work so ignore me. ;) Anyway, great shot. :) |

Too much red tones in your models skin. Could be the reflection from the shirt. Hairstyle seems a bit too childish for a grown woman. Pose is a tad awkward also. Your light is good though. |

the color is way off. Her skin looks really magenta. |

Honey, this is a great portrait- but a little too red. :( It's a cute one though! |

the angle of the eyes spoil this for me, the eyes should follow the direction of the feace, there should be equl amount of white each side of the eye for a balanced effect . 5 |
