I very much like that you have gone for something different here. Good job. In my opinion focus could be a little more sharp and the highlights are too hot. |

Aloe is such a cool plant to look at... a plant that has the healer inside to fix the cuts from the thorns. I like the lighting here and the level of detail, though I think the DoF should be a touch deeper - just to the branch in the upper right corner would be in focus too. |

Wort a top score for light and composition, marked down though as you need to learn how to get depth of field in these shots |

The DOF on this is short so most of the image is out of focus. For me, it doesn't work as I don't know what to focus on. I think the lighting works to provide depth. The black background contrasts nicely with the green. |
