Very interesting, draws the eyes into it. Wonderful depth of field used. Nicely done composition.

The only distracting feature I see in the whole image is the shadowing under the 10 although it gives a bit of extra feel and depth to the entire photo it also distracts from the clean concise look of the entire photo.

Very well thought out photo. Keep up the wonderful work and good luck =o)

Very black and white. I like the way you've laid out the cards with the face card coming toward us - the joker to the side. The focus is only sharp in a small band in the middle front. I wish it were sdharp all over. Cards of course are flat by nature - they can't help but create a very flat picture - which is a shame in duotone -this subject doesn't take advantage of form and shadows the way a duotone might.

Technically adept and meets the challenge, but honestly does nothing for me personally.

Too me, the DOF is maybe one f-stop off. Other than that, there is no real punch for ME. Yes, I like playing cards...

Great hand! I think a change in DOF might have helped, the photo fading into and then out of focus kind of detracts from the overall effect for me.

Interesting DoF - why is the king more in focus/important? I like your use of b/w here. Nice work. 9

the white cards came out well, without being overblown, good job, white is always a hard thing to photograph. The shades of grey in the card itself is also interesting.. we dont get to see cards in B&W very often.
