So this is another version of my candid D and L entry but of course I couldn't enter it because I cloned out too many things, including my dads face and a truck.

help me title this!

Nice shot!! He reminds me of an umpire for a baseball game or maybe one of the guys that sells popcorn and snacks, maybe it is the hat, striped shirt and suspenders. Something about it just reminds me of an old baseball game!!

i actually love both... this one is more art gallery stuff compared to your entry ... the thing that comes to mind when i look at this poor old weathered man is 'The Long Road'... it seems he has had a very hard life and working life,he looks very tired..and sunbeaten.. and seems he won't stop until he is 'retired'.. ( gone i mean ) ..
i bet he has some fantastic story's to tell..
lovely shot joey...

edited coz i can't spell or make any sense today..lol..

Great expression. Love the contrasty feel. Nicely done.

I think this is really emotive. The tones and the darkness really bring out the long row this man has had to hoe in his day. He looks rather forlorn. That's what I might call it. :)

I like the entry version better as well. Outside of the obvious color change, I think the D&L entry showed a more vivied image (gray hair and depth in features) and it this version they seem easily overlooked.

I actually like your entry better, man...I think.

I like the colours in the entry, but this one makes him look more dead, I guess...the b&w/sepia is kind of...yeah. Dead feeling. Iono. I didn't get enough sleep last night, can you tell? : P
