Well it didn't medal so I guess I'm out of here...ok I'll maybe stick around for a little while longer. But I stand firm this shot should have been in the top three.

I like the composition of your photo. I wish the pine (?) was more towards the black side for even greater contrast to the bright whites. Nice photo though. I like it.

Beautiful shot. Takes the challenge to the limit and maybe a bit beyond. I am very impressed with this shot. It shows thought and creativity. Medal this shot or I'm out of here. Good luck.

Sharper focus would help, and use of curves in Photoshop would make the darks darker

Nice close up. I like the curved stem of the leaf. I'd up the contrast even more for a total POW effect! Nicely focused and filtered. 7

I really like this, I am sure some will say that it is too bright taking away all detail, but I like the dark contrast of the daisy and the catepillar, nice shot! 9

Something about this just doesn't grab me. I think it feels flat. If there were more depth between the plant on the right and the flower on the left I think it would help.
