Like the lighting and good job on the exposure and selective focus. Would like to see the eyes a little sharper though.

Nice composition, a little twinkle in the eye would have been perfect! Is the focus on the bird a little off?

Very nice shot of a Chaffinch or Buchfink in German.

The crispness of the leaves contrasts nicely with the softness of the bird.

What a sweet little bird. It would be GREAT if he were more sharply focused. You could adjust curves to bring up the depth of color as well - it's allowed under basic editing.
