Your main focus is not the shoes. But I like the coloring and the little boy's expression.

It is a very nice photograph. But the hat draws more attention than the shoes. This has to do with subject placement but moreover with the lighting. No mistake, I love the photograph but for the shoe challenge: 7

Very nice kid portrait. I'd probably have cropped a little closer, ikeeping the boots (since that's the hook to the challenge) but losing a little of the hat, which is a little blurred anyway. This would have given you a tighter focus on his face, which is adorable.

so cute! i like how the boots are so big they take up the whole legs of the model. colors are great. hat is fun. i also reallu the wheel in the back. wondeful.

Expression on the kid: awesome. So cute. Sharp; I like your choice for sepia. Only thing is, I don't think pioneers had jumpers that had pictures of tractors on them, but other than that, nice!

Nice work on the PP, I think you made a right choice to make this sepia toned. I like the look on the little guy too, he looks as he is about to reach for his gun in a quick draw contest :)

8 from me as technically this shot is pretty much flawless but I didn't go "wow" when I saw it.
