 My son loves skateboarding and I love watching him.

This is my very first picture I've sent to a DP Challenge and it is the 398th picture I ever took with a SLR camera. I got my Canon Rebel a week ago and I am really excited. Soooo much to learn -wonderful!!

A friend told me about DPC and I enjoy looking at all this great pictures and reading the comments.

I used Corel Photo Paint to slightly crop and to increase the contrast.

Allright, off you go - let's see what happens ;-)

Nice angle, clarity and colors. I didn't notice they were on a skateboard til i read the title.

Good perspective, but blown out highlights. I'd have preferred this as a sepia version. 5.

A bit too tight for me... I had to look a few times before I realized the person is standing on a skateboard. But really good DOF work.

I think the perspective on this is excellent! Cropping less tightly might add to the shot. Different. like it

Careful with the angle. This shot makes the ankle look pretty chubby. Name is a bit long.
