over-saturated reds turn purple - it's a shame, might have placed higher otherwise :-) good effot :)

| Great entry for this challenge. Although the stark white background is too standard for such a great photo. I've taken a look at your portfolio and you have some great work and some things that make me laugh out loud (like the 1983 photo). Congratulations. |

| Congrats on the great shot, mesmeraj. Even if you find it distasteful to be so in the box, it's still a great shot, got a 10 from my general public vote. You're one of the best creative minds on DPC, IMO, and that's saying a lot. I don't think 4th place is good enough for you, I think you should sell out until you get a Blue, which you're certainly capable & deserving of. I love your imagination & the way you capture it in pixels. I'd sell my soul for a ribbon. Bravo to you, you sell out! ;-) |

| Funny, this is the title my sister wanted me to use, but i was afraid not enough people would get it. This photo reminds me of the legs on the witch from the movie "Wizard of Oz. Is this what you were going for? One more thing, i think the shoes should be stepping into the frame instead of out of the frame. |

| Fun. Nice shot, not too busy. I wish there wasn't any glare on the shoes though... it makes it a bit hard on the eyes when paired with all that white. |

| Well done mesmeraj, another excellent shot with those red shoes. Excellent use of negative space to accentuate the pose, and it (the pose) creates a very elegant shape too. Brillant illustration of the idiom "less is more". The stark white also adds to the dream-like effect you would associate with a fantastical story like wizard of oz. |

| GREAT shot! Perfect composition/crop and I like the border. The colors are great too. The only very slight criticism is the lighting here. It doesn't seem quite right for the high key feel this image has - too dark in the shadows and too light in the highlights (make sense?). Granted, that is small potatos compared to the overall impression of the shot - it's really a great capture! |

| Great photo. The colors are bright, and since there is only white, black, and magenta in this picture the shoes really jumped out at me. It's simple, interesting, and original. Nicely done. |
