Composition is good - you found a unique subject, and the person in the image gives a sense of proportion, which works out really well. Also meets the challenge nicely.
Lighting is a bit harsh on the left, and the colors are somewhat flat. If you shot this in a musuem, some of this would not be under your control. I do feel you could have played a bit with curves and contrast for impact. (assuming you have access to photoshop or equivalent). Some extra sharpening would help too.
I think you have a keen eye. Good luck in future challenges.

I'm glad you included the person in this to show us the scale of the grand-daddies of all shoes. There are a few technical problems with this (glare, composition), but I imagine you were very limited by the room you were in. Certainly on topic! |

Looks too much like a snapshot grabbed at a museum or something, sorry!. The figure is obviously not being controlled by the photographer. You could have asked him to ham it up and bring some humour to the shot. |
