 Beaver Lake in the Chequamegon forest in northern Wisconsin. This lake was recently declared part of a protected area: no development, no wake. It's a beautiful area. This pic was from my annual astronomy trip to the dark skies of the forest.

What an excellent landscape. Perfect symmetry in the reflection and the colors ar great without being overdone. I need to drive up there this fall and see what I can see.

The clouds could make a good picture by itself, but you caught it as a reflection as well which makes this picture great.

What a gorgeous shot!! I saw mammatus clouds for the first time a few years ago (and only that once). OMG, they were like huge udders hanging out of the sky!
