I can definitely see the disturbed part....kind of glad it's only a head shot as I'm not sure what the lewd part of this shot would be... :-)
Well composed, good coloring on the eyes to match background, and yes...disturbed.

Well I get and see the disturbed part, that's quite evident. The skin tones look a bit off and the lighting is uneven, but he sure does look disturbed, maybe he saw my dairy entry and reacted to it violently...hardly blame him. Guess the lewd part is out the frame somewhere.
