What a fun picture! I think you could have gone further- legs of different genders and ages, ski boots,,, also like the shadows and the stream of light- makes the picture come alive

This is a case of too much. One pair ,up close, underwater would have made a much more effective and visually appealing photo. The "boots" are totally not necessary becasue they are "boots" when the subject is shoes and the three legs makes you really concentrate on what that's about instead of on your subject which is still shoes.

Why? the water does nothing to improve the pic, it detracts. Just because you can does not mean you should - the same line up in he garden would have been much clearer .
