| I guess the below commenters are right - perhaps more composition, or an interesting element might help out here... but this is so beautiful!! I love it... The colors are so warm and full of life, and the way the light plays with the subtle shadows is glorious. |

| I agree with notonline. The lines of the dark branches do lead the viewer further into the shot - well done. I also love the colors, and again, I agree with notonline that this screams calendar shot to me. Where were you that it's now Autumn? Granted it's late August, but you must be pretty far north to be getting color already. It's a very warm, embracing, natural, and comforting shot. Nice job. |

Hmmm....well i dont like this as much as I like your moon shot...It feels like its just a shot of trees and not of anything else. It sure is pretty...well I dont know what you were thinking/ your idea behind this shot...but to me, its just a tree shot...and doesnt kindle my imagination
I'm not trying to offend you. I just think that a photo starts appealing to people and gets that "wow" factor when it tries to more than just document...Oh, well, cliched words....let me try to explain better. If you were trying to show the autumn colours, something more close, or more generic (e.g. a leaf almost falling down, a bright green tree alongside one which is shedding etc might portray that better) I hope you get my point. Do keep trying.

| I do like this shot and think it would make for an excellent calender shot. I find the darkness of the branch draws your eyes into the photo. well done. |
