 One of the last dairy farms in Rhode Island; it's pretty shabby looking but there is still a herd of about 50 milk cows...they were loading hay for the cows. Cropped, converted to b&w, levels, unsharp mask, curves, brightness/contrast.

Beautiful beautiful shot. Turning this b&w makes the picture a statement and not just a visual. This is very well done, however.. i would have waited for those birds to fly by.. they are a bit of distraction. 8

I really like the use of black and white in this photo. The contrast of the steel fence, conveyer and storage tank with the wooden barn is nice. However, the birds in the background are a little distracting.

Sky is a little overexposed. However, the contrast is very good in the darks and midtones. Nice pleasing shot.

This picture is a beautiful reminder of what B&W is supposed to be. Nice zone work and texture bringing out the drama in the ordinary. Good work. -- 10

I am a fan of black and white and like the romantic feel of the picture, but the side should be cropped. (left). Could zoom in more as well.

Nice rural shot. The black and white helps convey the message. I'd line up the fence to be parallel but then the building might be off kilter ... just thinking out loud. Overall - well done. 7
