Maybe it's the shade of yellow or maybe it's the overall lighting, but this seems too bright despite the number of dark objects in it.

There's something about this composition - the anonymity of the shot and the relaxed urban feel to it - that really works for me. I could just sit here too, and stare at whatever the two main subjects are staring at. I don't think this would have worked nearly as well in colour. 8.

The tone is a little over-whelming. Maybe try less saturation next time and slightly less green.
