Composition: You have used an extreme close up of the phone but it works well. It's fairly obvious that it is a phone and the reflection is wonderful. The background on the right side is a little distracting because it's not obvious what it is - although making it so blurred prevents it from distracting the viewer.
Technical Quality: The photo is very good from a technical stand point. Good exposure, lovely colour (very appropriate to the challenge)
Creativity: I love the subject matter - the phone is so significant in the movie and adding a character was a wonderful idea. I'm guessing it's an image from a poster or DVD cover or something similar - great idea.
Meeting the Challenge: You have easily met the challenge - the subject, title and coloring of the photo are spot on.
Overall: For only your second contribution you have done a wonderful job - well done. I look forward to your future work since this entry is so good.

File is too small, otherwise one of the better ones in this challenge. |

I like the idea of the reflection in the phone - the entrance to and exit from the Matrix. It is so narrow a crop - do you mean to suggest the difficulty of entering and exiting? - a narrow door? I think it would work better with a diffent composition revealing more of the structure of the phone. |

I love the idea and choice of crop. The only glitch I think is that Trinity looks like she has an alien head LOL! Just Kidding. |

Very cool, but you should have shown a little more of the phone. What IS showing is great! |

Wow - I'd believe this was actually a shot from the film itself! You don't know Carrie-Anne Moss personally, do you?
Very well done to catch such a distinct reflection on the telephone handset. Usually I don't like shots with these kind of dimensions but they work perfectly here. Even the green tint is spot-on. Very good work. |

I love the colors, I love the closeup detail... and is that really Trinity in there or a model?! Whoever it is... dead on! Awesome idea too. |

Interesting shot. Obviously relevant, but in the end just falls between abstract and representative: the background doesn't seeem to serve much purpose to me - too blurred to place the shot, too busy just to give a depth to the focus. |
