You do a great job keeping them sharp and stopping the incredibly fast action of their wings. What settings are you using? I saw 1/4000 on the other...this one too?

Great shot - I think you should crop much tighter to get close to the little girl. Looks like you have the focus & DOF to allow it. Nice capture.
