 Ok I know this is a snapshot of my daughter and it´ll probably not score high,.. but Hey I think she is the sweetest thing in the world so I´ll go ahead and submit this:)

The incidental water drops are the only indication of rain in this picture, so it's relation to the challenge topic is a bit of a stretch. The USM halos and sharpening artifacts are distracting; I like the photograph, but the processing is a bit much.

The only thing that..for me is the white glove seems to draw my eye away.

Cute shot & girl. The graininess of the image is a little distracting and her mittened hand looks overly large. Still, a nice shot.

I would pan a bit to the left, to her collar or hat. Not a very rainy shot, but a very cute kid. I like the focus & dof.

Excellent portrait - with the slight reservation that you might have calmed down the highlights on the glove and the bear a touch - they have that very digital over-exposed feel. Great tones otherwise though. One has to hunt for the suggestion of rain (as opposed to cold) a bit more than bodes well for your score in a Rain challenge here, but it's a good shot.

I'm immediately drawn to those pretty eyes because you've taken this from just the right angle. One of the best things about rain is playing it, you've met this challenge well.

Seriously, this picture makes me want to be 8 and playing with this little girl in the rain. Now that makes for a great photo! Good work! Great angle! A little bit of what looks like "hand of god" toning but otherwise very well processed! 9

Seems a little grainy in parts possibly due to oversharpening and the model would be better looking more toward the camera or eyes down to reflect the title of the image.

It may be raining in the background, but it certainly isn't visible.
I have a feeling this fact may hurt your score.
A nice image though, nice and clear and crisp with some good colors.

Nice and clear, I think the hand should be a little less inside the frame, it distracts a little. I was wondering if the girl should have looked straight into the lens, but I think it's much better like this, it suits the title better or vice versa. I first guessed that this is Heiða's work, but after a while I'm began to think the work in this photo is inspired by Heiða and most likely this is Nazgul's work, but I could be wrong. This will end up high, most likely in top 10.
