strange color cast and poor contrast.

Cute photo, why the sepia tone? 5

Although the child in the scene is sweet , it doesn't lend to the overall theme of the challenge. I liked the sepia tone.

I don't think the mother and child add much the the picture. Also, you need to get rid of the piping in the lower left. I'd have cropped it to zero-in on the musician.

Maybe you should have used a faster shutter speed, so the baby would not be blurred.

hmm, the in-focus foreground child and mother are misleading as to what the subject is. still, good photo. what is that jutting out of the left?

I like the interaction of the child. Seems like the focus is a little off on her though.

Cute

cute scene, but child is blurry which loses a lot of the cute, and the stage capture is poor... this would be better cropped, cutting off the half viewed musicians and the speaker stand out of the foto

Kids dancing to music can make for great photos, the composition lets this down though. The trumpeter is too near the top edge of the frame and everything feels unbalanced. I do think this could have benefited from observing rule of thirds. Stepping back and placing the trumpeter and kid on thirds junctions would have made it much stronger. Not fond of the sepia effect. Nothing is in focus enough. Why the square crop? It hasn't helped you here, and you'd do better to get the right composition straight out of the camera.
