The setting is great, the shape of the (green?) lamppost accentuates the feel, but the placing of it is destracting, and nothing to the left of it contributes to the story. The model's expression is interesting, but the (gutter)? growing from the top of her head looks a bit odd.
I would have given 7 :)

Great focus and I like the B/W. The lamppost's angle is very distracting - makes everything kinda lean to the left. Almost looks like a fisheye lens, but the right side is perpendicular (based on the door lines)? She has a very interesting expression and pose, but the lighting is a little harsh on her and the areas above & below the windows/door. Certainly has a dated feel to it, but I agree that she needs something to do in this particular setting. Still, a good shot.

The tones, details and focus here are well done. My choice would be to straighten the verticals a bit or really make it more angled. As it is now, the post in the front is very distracting for me because of the angle. I can see that the doorway is even, but it's not as major an element as the foreground post IMO.

I also wish the lady had an umbrella or book or something. The pose seems rather uncomfortable or unnatural to me.

For the challenge, I probably would have given this a 6 or 7. It is a good shot. I hope this is helpful!

Certainly has a dated look. Nicely composed and B/W great tones.
