| The shot of the coin is good, but in MHO, has nothing to do with the title. If you're going to mention a hydro plant, it might be good to show it. |

Looks to me like a literal interpreation of artwork. no cretive BG, angle or lighting.
Fine, so i was thinking 4 or even a 5, maybe until i looked at your title.
Hydroelectric plant??????????????????????????????????????????????????? and a pic of a coin???????????????????????????????????????????????????
