You say this image is Cliché, I don't think so. It's a great take on water drops. Now, if you had that water tesselating some image in the background, that would indeed be Cliché.
This image feels a bit gritty for my taste. The drop in mid background are what makes me feel this way. They look processed beyond normal which takes away from the overall tone of the image. Otherwise i think you did a nice job. You have a clear foreground, middle ground and background and the composition is quite nice too. Yay for you.
I reccomend going a little easier on the post processing if that's not the look you're going for.
Keep it up.

| I love the black & white and grit/noise this image has. Its quite simple and yet has loads of interest. If I were to pick something I might change I'd say cropping out the top portion with the lesser focus, I'm not sure it necessarily adds to the image all that much - maybe where that last biiig bubble is would be a good cut off point. Still, I very much enjoy your take on the challenge, well done. I gave a 7. |

| I like the BW effect on this shot. IMHO there's a bit too much noise and the lower right hand is a bit too dark but this is a fun shot and that's what photography is all about right? 6 |
