It's a striking image but I don't see an illusion... It almosts violates the rules though as it's almost entirely a photograph of another piece of work.

I ilke the colours in this chalk drawing? The hand adding dimension is a good touch as well.

Mass appeal as you put it isn't really an illusion according to the challenge. The image in itself is great. I Madonnari is an event that I do and have been doing for the past 10 years. I think the image is a bit high on contrast but I do like the effect.

I cannot be certain what the illusion here is supposed to be about...is it an artwork being drawn?

this is a gorgeous chalk/conte drawing though i am not entirely sure how it fits the challenge. It was very very dark on my monitor - i had to pull it into photoshop and drag the shadow bar to 100% to even see the artists was still drawing - might want to check out you monitor.
