I looked at this photo for a while.
It really struck me in the heart.
It needs a little more contrast (just a little to lighten it up some) and If you could have cropped it full size and could have gotten 640 pixels in length and 427 wide I would have gave it a 10. But I still like it ( 9 )

Just too dark. I would like to see this a bit brighter with a little more contrast. Great subject though.

It's a nice choice of subject - great pose. Not clear why so much negative space above the subject's head - especially the shiny white water that distracts us from the subject. I'd have liked to see just a bit more highlight in the subject's face.
