Very eloquently composed, has a simple and old fashioned feel. In my favorites :) |

This effect almost gives it the look of a quick sketch. I think it would probably be a good photo either more "realistic" or kept as is...I would like it either way. I think your crop and positioning of the boat and horizon on this are perfect. |

I adore this shot. I think the high key/black and white works perfectly. I like the angle of the boat, not a full side, just partial. One of my favorites of yours. Into my favorites |

Tagged! Really great composition and effect. B/W combined with high contrast works really well. Love the way everything fades into the edges. There is a slight yellow line at the bottom of the pic though, and an even smaller one at the top (maybe it is my monitor). Very peaceful. |

Very nice shot. I like the way the white fades into the sides - nice high key. |

Probably my fav in your whole portfolio. I really like the high key. The border also works here. I like everything about it. |

Gorgeous! I love these types of shots. In a challenge, I probably would've given this a 10, whether it met the challenge or not. :) Great shot! |

Basically you could shoot anything with high contrast and light background with spot metering. I think.

This is a great photo. I love the technique used to obtain such a dramatic effect. It is very surreal. Nice work. |

Looks like you have a pretty good technique going already. This is very effective within this frame. |

I am a big fan of High Key photos, that is well known, but I don't think that it works for this photo. Not for me anyway. Sailboats in the water are so beautiful to me, the thought of blowing the contrast out seems almost sinful. |

This is considered a 'high key' shot, right? I like it. Fits the image very well IMO. Composed smartly also. Nice photo. |
